My cockatiel (fred) wont eat treats.?
My cockatiel (fred) will not try anything new unless it is seeds or pellets i’m worried because they are supposed to have a wide variety of food. Plus i need him to eat treats so i can reward him when he does a trick right. Can anyone tell me how to make my picky bird eat new things.
Here are the things i’ve tried:
1.Gave assorted food to encourage to try new things.
2.I gave him nothing but the treat and he still didnt eat it.
3.I ate the treat in front of him to try to say it was good (it was a strawberry)
Try Cheezits. My birds love’em.
I have some cockateals and they like it crushed into crumbs.
