UPDATE ON LAFCO PAYMENT

The response from businesses and residents has been phenomenal. So
have the words of support and encouragement.

We've raised all but about $1700. There is one donation we're waiting
on and we have to leave a few dollars in the bank account(s) (We have two).  Our plan is to turn the money in tomorrow afternoon.  We need to close this gap by tomorrow morning. Many people who have supported us in the past have dug deep into their pockets to donate a little more.  Committee members have too.  If you can help us close this gap or know someone who can, please let us know. Every little bit helps. We need to deposit the rest of the money by tomorrow morning, July 1st.

We're confident we'll make this deadline. This is our one chance to
become independent from the county and protect ourselves from
annexation by the City of Sacramento. If you've already given, thank
you very much, we know some of you have really sacrificed and we
appreciate it.  You will be glad you did when we're running our own
city and have enough police protection and a strong sense of
community. You can pay through PayPal, or write a check to the Arden Arcade Incorporation Committee. E-mail me at this address or call me at 591-3408 (my cell phone) and we can figure to get together between now and tomorrow afternoon.

Thank you, Pat
